What the job involves
Reporting to the Estate Services Manager, your role involves maintaining communal areas through cleaning, minor repairs, and reporting unresolved issues. You'll use and maintain equipment like jet washers and wear provided protective attire. Additionally, you'll conduct inspections, interact with residents, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
