You are skilled in promoting positive change in children's and families' lives, making professional judgments, and working under relevant legal frameworks.What the Job Involves
As a Senior Social Worker, you are responsible for managing complex and challenging caseloads that typically involve multi-agency input, complex family dynamics, and significant risk factors. Your role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing, and reviewing care plans, preparing reports for court, and effectively liaising with allied health and social care practitioners to ensure children's safety. You will also participate in and contribute to professional development activities, keep thorough records, and maintain a current understanding of legislation related to your work.Skills
