You possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage and support a team effectively.
What the Job Involves In this role, you will plan and deliver both accredited and non-accredited learning programs tailored to meet the needs of adult learners. You will be responsible for initial assessments, setting learning targets, and providing ongoing evaluation and support. Ensuring learner engagement and successful outcomes is key, along with creating lesson plans that integrate essential skills like English, maths, and ICT. You will also prepare learners for examinations and manage related administrative tasks. Working with various stakeholders, you will promote lifelong learning and access to further educational opportunities.
