What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting individuals in daily personal and practical care tasks, which may include reablement assistance, personal care, medication prompting, catheter management, and meal preparation. You will form and maintain professional relationships with service users and contribute to their ongoing support, health, and safety. The role also includes responding to emergencies, managing mobile responses, and contributing to the development and review of care and service delivery plans.
