What the Job Involves
Your role involves working in a child-centered, systemic way using the Signs of Safety practice model. You will complete best hopes and agree on an intervention plan with families and young people, supporting them to make the necessary changes and implementing this plan. Your role includes delivering short-term, high-quality intensive support on a 1-2-1 basis or in a group setting. You will work in an integrated, partnership-focused manner with families and other agencies to increase the family's capacity to function without Children Social Care involvement.
