Who You Are

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied work environment. You have strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of Plymouth and its surrounding areas.

What the job involves

You will help organize school transport for students in Plymouth, many of whom have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The role involves answering high volumes of calls as a team, planning efficient and cost-effective routes using planning software, and making quick decisions to ensure student travel solutions. The job requires an early start at 6:45 AM.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work under own initiative and in a team
  • Experience with route planning
  • Familiarity with MRI Education (advantageous)
