Herefordshire Community Wellbeing is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and professionally confident Social Workers to join a welcoming and supportive team. You should be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and hold a qualifying degree. A deep understanding of current legislation and its impact, a collaborative spirit, and a full, clean driving license are essential.

What the job involves

In this role, you will engage in a thrilling variety of adult social work, encompassing Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You will work with diverse adult populations using a strength-based approach, engage in CHC and s117 work, and collaborate with partner agencies to deliver holistic care. Regular supervision and opportunities for professional growth are provided.
