Who You Are
This role is for a solicitor with a current practising certificate, extensive knowledge, and experience in handling a wide range of Highways (including S38/S278 agreements) and Public Rights of Way cases. You are ICT competent and well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and time-recording systems. You can work with minimal supervision and provide support to paralegals.
What the job involves
The role includes supporting the development of paralegals and working under pressure to handle cases with professionalism. You will be responsible for reviewing reports and providing clients with legal advice on good governance and decision-making.
