You are a motivated individual capable of working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high-quality supported employment programme for care-experienced young people. You are skilled in building relationships with council services, employers, training providers, and other service agencies.
What the Job Involves
This role involves delivering the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer programme using the IPS and SEQF models. You will engage and recruit care-experienced young people who are not in education, employment, or training and support them into sustained employment. This involves providing motivation, personal development, and advice, as well as building relationships with employers to identify job opportunities. You will maintain accurate records and assist in reporting the programme's performance while capturing feedback to improve service provision.
