Who You Are
A qualified professional with a track record of high performance in preventing offending and reoffending. You have at least three years of experience managing within the Criminal Justice Service, with deep knowledge of youth justice and children's legislation. You can build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
What the job involves
This is a 3-6 month temporary hybrid role with the Haringey Youth Justice Service. You will help take the service forward by providing effective interventions to achieve positive outcomes for young people, families, and communities. Primary objectives include supporting inspection preparation, auditing active YJS caseloads, deputizing for team managers and the Head of Service when necessary, observing and supporting the YJS Risk Management and Out of Court Disposal Panels, supporting any learning reviews, and implementing the YJS participation strategy.
