What the Job Involves
The role involves planning and undertaking audits, monitoring, and inspections to ensure statutory obligations are met, managing risks, and promoting good practices through service health and safety policies and strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, advising service teams, developing audit programs, and leading accident investigations.
Skills
- Health and Safety qualification (level 6 or above)
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Advisory skills on health & safety issues
- Audit management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in software systems (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
