What the Job Involves
As a temporary Person Support Advisor in the Adults Brokerage Team, you will be responsible for sourcing appropriate care homes based on assessed care and support needs. Managing changing priorities and maintaining excellent record-keeping with an eye for detail are key aspects of this role.
