The Voids Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the efficient turnaround of empty properties (voids) by maintaining accurate records, coordinating key administrative processes, and ensuring that all data, compliance documentation, and system updates are managed in real time.
The role ensures that void properties progress smoothly through each stage of the void lifecycle, enabling surveyors and service managers to focus on delivery while maintaining a single version of the truth across systems and trackers.
What the job involves
The Voids Administrator is responsible for data management and system accuracy, voids tracker management, works order management, variations and financial control, certification and compliance, keys and access management, task coordination, and general admin support.
Key responsibilities include maintaining void property data, ensuring real-time visibility of void status, updating trackers, managing works orders and variations, ensuring certification compliance, coordinating access, and supporting managers and surveyors.
Performance measures include data accuracy, timeliness of updates, certification completeness, order processing speed, and contribution to turnaround targets.
