| What the job involves | This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership across a diverse and impactful portfolio. You'll lead a skilled team to empower families to make safe plans for their children through Family Group Conferencing, support family mediation, and oversee family network meetings. You'll also drive quality, performance, and continuous improvement while building strong partnerships across Children’s Services and community agencies. Managing risk in complex situations, overseeing budgets, and securing funding opportunities are key responsibilities, along with championing Family Group Conferencing across the system. |
