Who You Are

An experienced social work practitioner capable of providing professional supervision and leadership within a community Social Work Team. Adept at working in partnership with managers and teams, you are committed to promoting strength-based approaches, independence, and well-being in your practice.

What the job involves

Your role involves leading practices in key areas such as risk enablement, safeguarding, and compliance with the Mental Health and Mental Capacity Acts. You will provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff, contributing to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. Your responsibilities include carrying a reduced caseload of complex cases, coordinating outcomes to meet individual needs, and ensuring effective case management and reviews. Your duties also encompass maintaining partnerships, promoting best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the allocated resources.
