What the job involves
Your role involves managing the "Places team" that offers legal services related to Property Law, Conveyancing, Planning, and Highways. You will ensure efficient delivery of these services, provide legal advice particularly in commercial property transactions, and attend committee and board meetings to aid in governance. Additionally, you will mentor and manage appraisals and day-to-day operations of a team of eight legal experts.
