You are a dedicated and skilled professional capable of managing complex court cases involving children and families. You possess strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professional judgement.
What the job involves
The role includes managing court cases, completing court-directed assessments, and developing safeguarding and permanence plans for children. You will provide written evidence to court, attend hearings, and closely collaborate with solicitors representing the Local Authority. Additionally, you'll support operational teams through consultation, co-working, and advice on court-related practices.
