What the Job Involves
The role requires providing effective homeless prevention and relief services within the framework of relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include conducting holistic housing assessments, facilitating mediation to prevent homelessness, providing welfare guidance, and ensuring data accuracy for government submissions. You will develop partnerships with internal and external agencies, manage service standards, support council initiatives for vulnerable groups, and contribute to safeguarding efforts. Additionally, technology will be used effectively to carry out responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
