What the job involves
The role involves maintaining the effective operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Council's Housing Applications estate. Key responsibilities include operational support, overseeing incident and problem management, ensuring data integrity, supporting audit and compliance activities, and engaging with stakeholders. You will support system improvement programs and housing service transformation initiatives, while ensuring business continuity arrangements for Housing systems.
