You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, direct work with children and families, and collaborating with multi-agency professionals. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, contributing to legal processes, and upholding professional standards and ethics. Advocating for equality and children's rights is a part of your general responsibilities.
