What the job involves

In this role, you will report to the local Estate Services Manager and perform a variety of tasks to maintain communal areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, and tending to refuse areas. You will need to use machinery for deep cleaning, handle resident inquiries, and ensure health and safety standards are met. You will be supplied with necessary tools, uniform, and personal protective equipment.
