As a Team Manager in Social Work for Somerset, you are a leader focused on high-quality, child-centered services, particularly for Children Looked After. You provide strategic direction, ensure statutory compliance, and support transformation across the organization. With a commitment to effective and efficient services, you work with senior leaders, Members, and partners to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
