Who You Are
The role of the MASH Worker is critical in making important threshold recommendations on all incoming referrals. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of consistent experience working in MASH. The ideal candidate is swift and dynamic, able to quickly build relationships with parents and think creatively about safe pathways for families that are community-supported rather than statutory-led.
What the Job Involves
Given the importance of the MASH role, you will be responsible for undertaking a screening and triaging exercise to make threshold recommendations within confined timescales. The role also involves maintaining a high quality of work against stringent timescales, and contributing to the redesign of our Front Door in line with the Families First Model principles.
