What the job involves
This role involves managing complex and high-need caseloads, providing quality social work services, and carrying out comprehensive assessments. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies, lead professional judgments, and manage risks of abuse and neglect. Responsibilities also include preparing court reports, acting as a lead professional in statutory cases, and contributing to service and policy development.
