What the Job Involves
This role involves managing complex cases with a high degree of autonomy, undertaking comprehensive assessments, and devising support plans in collaboration with partner agencies. You will be responsible for representing the Council in court, conducting safeguarding inquiries, and engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure children's welfare. Additionally, the role requires you to engage in reflective supervision, prepare high-quality reports, participate in the development of services, and serve as a mentor to newly qualified social workers.
