Who You Are
You are a diagnostic surveyor responsible for identifying building defects and determining repair responsibilities. You have the ability to produce professional reports, manage complicated repair cases, and ensure high-quality service provision in alignment with council policies.
What the job involves
The role involves visiting customers' homes to diagnose building defects and arrange repairs, preparing technical reports for the High Value Repair Panel, managing subsidence and structural failures, obtaining quotations and tenders, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You'll also oversee works on site and maintain accurate electronic records, among other duties.
