Who You Are
We are seeking a highly experienced Court Social Worker to join our Court Team. This role requires a substantial and demonstrable track record of managing complex public law proceedings from commencement through to conclusion.
What the job involves
The successful candidate will manage care proceedings, progress cases through the Public Law Outline and court process, complete high-quality, evidence-based assessments, and engage in permanency planning. The role also involves working with children and families to ensure child-focused recommendations, meeting court deadlines, producing statements and care plans, and working collaboratively with Legal Services and partner agencies.
