Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced social worker to join our Through Care service, working with children with long-term permanence plans.
What the job involves
You would be working with children who may live in foster care, residential care, supported independence, or with kinship carers. The role includes supporting children to return to their parents' care when safe, with assistance from our reunification service. Additionally, the team supports Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), providing specialist support and planning for their individual needs as they move towards adulthood and independence.
Skills
