What the job involves
Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a dedicated social worker to join the Rhondda Fawr Care & Support Team. This position, based in Ty Elai, Williamstown, involves managing a defined caseload, building and maintaining links with partner agencies, and contributing to the development of the team's work within the council's social care departments. This is a temporary position until March 31st, 2027, offering agile working conditions and supported by experienced management at both strategic and operational levels.
