Who You Are

As an Inclusion Lead, you have a strong understanding of SEND legislation, guidance, and processes. You are experienced in investigating complaints or resolving complex concerns with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

What the Job Involves

Your role involves the management and resolution of Stage 1 SEND complaints, ensuring these are handled promptly, fairly, and in line with statutory guidance, local policies, and best practices. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to seek early resolution of complaints and improve outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating complaints, investigating and responding within timescales, and ensuring quality assurance. The job also involves partnership working to develop positive relationships and drive service improvements.
