Who You Are

You are knowledgeable about SEND legislation, guidance, and processes, with experience in investigating complaints or resolving complex concerns. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

What the job involves

The role involves managing and coordinating all Stage 1 SEND complaints, ensuring they are handled promptly, fairly, and in accordance with guidelines. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to resolve complaints early and improve outcomes for children with SEND. Key responsibilities include investigating and responding to complaints, maintaining accurate records, identifying themes for service improvement, and promoting partnership working.
