Who You Are

You are a passionate and experienced Social Worker, committed to improving outcomes for children and their families. You have at least five years of post-qualifying experience and a strong understanding of social work theories and models, capable of delivering imaginative interventions.

What the job involves

The role involves managing varied caseloads, supporting children from assessment onwards, and ensuring timely support. Responsibilities include building meaningful relationships with families to create lasting change, chairing multi-agency meetings, and reducing the number of children entering local authority care. You will work both from home and various CBC office locations as necessary.
