What the Job Involves

This role requires delivering systemic social work methods to lead complex case judgment within relevant legal and policy frameworks. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, and coordinating inter-agency collaborations. You will be the lead professional in child protection, care proceedings, and other statutory cases. Preparing court reports, managing resources, conducting safeguarding inquiries, and undertaking high-need projects are critical components of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to the training and development of colleagues and engage with diverse departmental policies to improve the lives of children and families.
