Who You Are
You have at least two years of post-qualifying experience in social work. You are expected to manage a complex caseload, mentor others, and develop professionally towards the Practice Educator qualification and post-qualifying modules.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves providing practical and social work support for children, young people, and families. You will undertake assessments, carry out interventions, and work towards the best interests of children and young people. Responsibilities include recognizing harm indicators, using reflective supervision, navigating legal systems, and contributing to child-centered plans. You will maintain records, supervise fostering/adoption arrangements, and participate in organizational transformation.
