What the job involves
The role involves providing outcome-focused, strength-based, and time-limited interventions in the community or designated locations. You will deliver person-centered support, develop communication skills, and engage individuals in tailored activities. Acting as a keyworker, you will facilitate meaningful outcomes, plan interventions to promote inclusion and resilience, and connect individuals with their community to enhance independence and well-being. You will provide advice and connect individuals and their support networks to local community services, ensuring they have choice and control.
