You demonstrate leadership skills and can mentor and develop staff through professional supervision.
What the job involves
The role involves providing professional supervision and leadership to staff within the Adult Social Care & Health department. You will support the development of good practices, promote a strength-based approach, and manage a reduced caseload of complex cases. Responsibilities also include managing workflows, conducting annual reviews, and developing partnership arrangements. You will represent the department in meetings, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure confidentiality in your work.
