You have a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and experience in managing complex and high-risk projects at scale.

What the job involves

The Special Projects Contract Manager will oversee the delivery and management of safety-critical contracts related to external wall systems across a large residential portfolio. Responsibilities include managing exploratory and investigative works, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, leading procurement exercises, managing budgets, risk mitigation, and legal recovery. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, managing contractor performance, and coordinating funding applications.
