As a Passenger Assistant, you will help children and young people, many with additional needs, travel safely to and from school or college. You will support students during their journey, ensuring their safety and comfort, cover for other assistants when needed, and work closely with drivers and schools to ensure smooth journeys.

Your work schedule is Monday to Friday, mostly between 07:00–10:00 and 14:00–17:00, during term time only. Hours can vary, and the role offers flexibility, as cover may range from half a day to longer periods. Pay is based on actual hours worked.
