Who You Are
The successful candidate will be an experienced social worker with a degree or equivalent in Social Work and a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying work experience. You will possess extensive knowledge around safeguarding thresholds and child protection, with strong analytical and communication skills.
What the job involves
This role involves joining the Parenting Capacity Assessments (PCA) team within the Maya Angelou Rising Roots Family Hub. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of children and their families to inform case planning and intervention strategies. This includes observing parent-child interactions, conducting interviews, and gathering information. The goal is to support the team's objectives and contribute to positive outcomes for children and families.
