What the Job Involves
This role involves managing a small complex caseload, supervising early help practitioners, and developing partnerships with families, educational institutions, and other services to ensure service standards are met. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, quality assurance, providing reflective supervision, and serving as a role model and point of reference for the team. You will also contribute to service development and be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
