What the Job Involves The role involves delivering high-quality tenancy management services within defined communities. This includes providing support and managing complex casework related to safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health, and more. You will ensure compliance with tenancy and lease conditions, conduct inspections, raise necessary repairs, and maintain a visible presence within the community. The job also requires consulting with residents and stakeholders on housing issues, and creating plans to improve neighborhood conditions.
