Who You Are
An experienced social worker committed to promoting the welfare of children through assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages while adhering to statutory duties and local procedures.
What the job involves
This role involves carrying out social work tasks related to assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages to promote the welfare of children. You will undertake initial and core assessments, develop care plans, and perform statutory duties for children looked after and those on Care and Support Protection Plans. Additionally, you will input data onto Care First and undertake various tasks as required, working within the Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
