An experienced professional in children's social care services with leadership, supervisory, and management skills. You have a strong focus on delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks, and contributing to service development.
What the Job Involves
Managing and developing Children's Social Care services, leading and supervising a team. Ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost effective services to meet individual needs. Maintaining compliance with the Children Act, policies, and policies. Monitoring performance, planning services, and ensuring staff training and supervision. Advocating for children, young people, and families within the adoption process, and promoting effective communication and quality assurance practices.
