What the job involves
As a Lead Professional/Assessment Officer, you will take a lead on more complex households, providing high-quality assessment and coordination to identify the right housing solution and bring together the actions needed to achieve it. You will be part of a new, dedicated team at Tower Hamlets focused on increasing the number of homeless households moving out of temporary accommodation into secure, sustainable homes. This involves a proactive and individually tailored approach to these households, overcoming barriers to move-on, and utilizing opportunities in the private rented sector.
