You are proficient in using MS Office, including spreadsheets and databases, and have experience in managing office systems. You exhibit a polite, efficient manner, particularly under pressure, and understand how to handle confidential and sensitive information, including child protection matters. You are committed to personal development and able to prioritize workloads to meet service users' and managers' needs.
What the Job Involves
This role involves a range of administrative activities to support the Children's Social Care business needs. You will support service users in accessing services effectively and engage with partner organizations. Key responsibilities include progressing work activities within specific projects, collating and presenting data, handling various administrative tasks, and liaising with partner organizations. You will also engage in professional development and uphold health and safety responsibilities as per the Directorate's policy.
