Who You Are
We are looking for a social worker with robust experience in working with adults with varied needs, including physical disabilities, dementia, Parkinson's, Autism, Multiple sclerosis (MS), head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and learning disabilities. You must be independent, creative, able to work under pressure, resilient, and capable of hitting the ground running.
What the Job Involves
The job involves working within the Community Health & Social Care Wanstead & Woodford Cluster, following a hybrid working pattern of 2/3 days in the office and the rest remotely. The work times are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with a rota system requiring in-office work three times weekly when on duty. The job is intense and fast-paced, requiring the candidate to adhere to statutory guidelines, deliver assessments and support plans within tight deadlines, and complete all assessments/reviews face-to-face.
