What the job involves

The Estate Services Mobile Floater Operative will provide flexible cover across a number of estates and sites, primarily for annual leave, sickness, and other operational requirements. Key duties include general communal cleaning, deep cleaning of communal areas, using cleaning machinery, and ensuring cleanliness across sites. The role involves responding to cleaning requirements, completing Risk Hub jobs, and following all health and safety procedures.
