What the Job Involves
This role involves executing painting and related multi-trade tasks as directed by a Supervisor for Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value Repairs, or Capital Repairs projects. Responsibilities include planning and organizing workload, managing urgent repairs, coordinating with supervisors and schedulers, maintaining material and stock control, and mentoring apprentices. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain high personal motivation, and promote the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
