What the job involves: The role involves providing assistance and support to individuals based on their specific care plans. You will work within a risk management framework, contribute to the completion of care plans, comply with health and safety policies, and engage in effective communication with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will deliver day-to-day activities, administer medications as required, and provide cover for staff absences.
