Social Worker – Children & Families – DfE (Hybrid)

Who You Are

You are a Social Worker with at least five years of post-qualifying experience. You have a good understanding of various social work theories and models and a passion for delivering high-quality services and interventions to vulnerable children. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience managing varied caseloads and achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

What the job involves

This role involves working within the Family Help team to support children and their families from assessment onwards. You will build meaningful relationships with families to create lasting change and ensure timely support for children. The position requires managing caseloads, conducting direct work with children, chairing multi-agency meetings, and engaging in child protection and court work. You will work both from home and at CBC office locations as needed.
